WEMAGs 15 MW battery power plant, with 18 INDRIVETEC battery inverters, has successfully accomplished the seven-year operating time in September 2021.

The battery power plant provides frequency regulation and other balancing services to its grid, particularly with regards to enabling the increase of renewable energy sources.

Since 2017, innovative black start and grid restoration methods significantly reduce the risk of damages caused by blackouts.
